This material was created in a free open source software called TextureLab (https://www.texturelab.io/) as I was experimenting and just trying to make something that looks decent and with the help of some YT videos this is the result...not perfect by any means but still a quite nice result from a free software such as this. I only tested this in Blender Cycles.
Anyways you can download this material for free if you find it useful.
You'll get all of the texture maps (albedo, normal, roughness, height and metal) that come in 4K
